How to open a ticket

To access support for general queries or ban appeals. You can open a forum support ticket. Here is a guide on how to open a support ticket.

1. Click on Tickets on the navigation bar

2. Click on Open Ticket

3. Select a category that fits your ticket request

4. Enter a title, description, attach any screenshots/videos, discord, gamertag and click create a ticket.

Now you have created a ticket, this will be sent to the administrators and will be reviewed as soon as possible.

🎫 How do I find my ticket ID? 🎫

A: Go onto Tickets via the navigation. Click on the down arrow and click on Your ticket. All your tickets should now appear. On your ticket, you will see ticket information on the right side of the ticket. Ticket ID will show your ticket number.

🔍 Who can see my ticket? 🔍

A: Staff only. We would never disclose a ticket with any other user as per our privacy policy.​
